Casas muito confortáveis, Condominio muito bonito e bem localizado , piscinas excelentes. Entendam que está alugando uma casa e não um hotel. Apesar de não ter os serviços de um hotel, o Sr Arlindo resolve com presteza e boa vontade todas as solicitações.

Tolle Wohnung, jedoch mangelhaft ausgestattet!
Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne Anlage mit einer tollen Wohnung. Wenn ich aber schon extra für die Reinigung bezahlen muss, erwarte ich auch eine saubere Wohnung, das war nicht der Fall, die Wohnung wurde auf Aufforderung von einer Putzkraft gereinigt. Die Wohnung ist teils mit hochwertigen Möbeln und teils mit runtergekommenen Schrottmöbeln ausgestattet. Die Küche ist ebenfalls mangelhaft ausgestattet, es wurde auf Aufforderung jedoch nachgerüstet. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war problemlos, der Verwalter war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Apartamento grande, limpo e bem localizado mas cuidado porque há cobrança de taxas como por exemplo 40 reais por dia de energia, ou seja se ficar 8 dias vai pagar 320 reais de luz. Estão cobrando muito mais que as companhias de energia cobram, além de cobrar taxa de limpeza de 140 reais Essas taxas não ficaram claras para mim no momento da reserva, as taxas tinham que vir somadas ao valor total. A recepção também deixou a desejar.

Gostei da receptividade, o lugar é lindo, a equipe administrada pelo Sr. Arlindo é eficiente e gentileza é o padrão de atendimento. A única coisa a destacar é que um ar condicionado estava só ventilando, causando um desconforto superável (no meu caso). No mais ficamos todos satisfeitos, indicamos e ainda retornaremos para hospedagem!

Hotel muito bom, necessitando de reparos.
Hotel muito bom e confortável. Entretanto falta manutenção, que segundo o Administrador, estão fazendo. Os utensílios da cozinha estão enferrujados por conta maresia. Lençóis e toalhas de má qualidade para o tipo de hotel. Ar refrigerado com defeito. Não entendi porque me cobraram mais R$ 40,00 reais por dia de taxa e mais uns 140, não lembro ao certo, pela limpeza. Tive que pagar, mas discordo do valor. Nada me falaram antes de reservar. Também não fizeram limpeza diária. As redes estavam manchadas com aspecto sujo, com odor de mofo. A moça da limpeza e o administrador foram muito gentis, mas não podiam resolver tais problemas. Apesar da estrutura ser maravilhosa, houveram estes contratempos. Creio que estejam trabalhando na melhora do hotel.
