Minha experiência no hotel foi bem positiva de modo geral. O quarto era grande, com armário e gavetas para guardar os pertences, além de contar com um espelho bem grande para se arrumar e tirar selfies. O banheiro era grande, mas a porta para passar ao chuveiro era muito estreita, uma pessoa gorda não conseguiria passar. Tinha secador de cabelo, o que foi essencial. O café da manhã é bem simples, o que salvou foi a opção de pedir na cozinha waffles feito na hora com calda de chocolate, e tapiocas.

Depois da pandemia muitos estabelecimentos quebraram e acredito que foi o caso dele. Estão em reforma. O tamanho do quarto é bom, a cama grande, só luz fraca pra trabalho. O estacionamento depende da quantidade de hospede no hotel pra ter vaga, se não me engano dentro do hotel da 10 carros, pode parar na frente do hotel, esse hotel ainda tem estacionamento. O café tem o trivial que todos tem. Em resumo é om.

Péssimo, nunca mais retorno
Haviam baratinhas francesas no quarto, banheiro e gavetas, além de traças andando pelo chão. Quarto sujo e lençóis manchados. Hotel precisa de manutenção nos halls, corredores e elevadores. Café da manhã tinham produtos com mal gosto e leite com aparência ruim, quase não comi. Dormi só uma noite e pedi cancelamento.

Realmente achei um hotel sujo, que precisa de uma manutenção. O café da manhã é gostoso, e o atendimento da equipe é ótima. Mas.realmente falta um investimento. O local está a 2 quarteirões do aterro.

Não recomendo e nem penso em retornar, orientei desde o check-in que queria um quarto com uma cama de casal e 2 de solteiro e mesmo assim me encaminharam para um quarto errado, após relatar o problema fui deslocado para outro quarto como pedi, o ar-condicionado estava ok, a unica coisa! Chuveiro não esquentava , produtos vencidos no frigobar, instalações antigas e muitos outros problemas.
