Reserved the room for 3 nights and only stayed 1 night and that was only because we didnt arrive until midnight. The room was disgusting, the couch was covered in stains and tears. The sheets were stained, the towels were worn, tattered and stained. It was hands down the most disgusting hotel room I have ever been in. When we arrived back to the room after the first day of our event the water was no longer working and according to other guests it had not been working for over 6 hours. I would give negative stars if it was an option. This hotel shouldnt even be in business at this point.

I did not like when I came to get my key I had to do everything I did online that’s the whole purpose of me doing online less talking signing paper I have never had to do that at another hotel I have went to and I feel like staff had a attitude while checking me in and wasn’t paying attention to when I said I got a room by myself and only me was going to be in the room

When we arrived, even though we booked through Expedia, the motel made us pay additional fees that we were unaware of. I also had to pay a deposit (which is normal) but never received my deposit back even though we left the room how we found it. The room was filthy with dirty towels still there from previous guests. There were stains on walls and bedsheets. Bedsheets had holes in them. I also have a lot of bug bites from staying there (I think flees in the room). The breakfast consists of only big Texas cinnamon rolls and honey buns. I asked for some water and the staffs response was that they don’t offer water…. ????? What who doesn’t offer WATER???? Staff was less than helpful on anything I brought to their attention. I do NOT recommend staying here unless you’re looking to score a drug deal. Used needles were hidden throughout the facility with several people who had obviously been using recently. The only good thing I can say about my stay here was that the a/c worked well.

They literally applied money scam during your check in for everyone. You have to pay $20 in cash and you can't get your money back. My flight was 5 am and they said I can get back just 10 am time for check out. Dirty bath towel, sheet with stain. My room was stink at the second day. We found spoiled food inside the cabinet. I have to ask for new bath towels and other clean stuffs. Basically stuffs provide for any hotel
