Pool was closed by the city. Volleyball team had to leave due to bed bugs. Other parents left due to blood stains on mattress. The carpet in our room was torn and shredded. Comforter had a big tear in it. Just over all not well cleaned, maintenance and kept up with.

Nice and clean! We stayed for 4 nights. Room service only came to clean the first day. Called the front desk for towels and toilet paper on day 3 and was told to wait for the maid!! We couldn’t get ready to go out until she came by. Only gave us towels and toilet paper but never cleaned the room. Same on day 4. The menu for breakfast never changed. Waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits (no gravy), and sausage. For those that stay multiple nights, this does matter! Front desk kept calling my room about issues that were not related to us! Kept confusing us with other guests! Overall, it was a great location and very clean.

The bathroom toilet didn’t flush on both nights we stayed there but the staff was very nice and hospitable. The parking lot fills up quick so you have to park in back and at night it’s not safe for women (but I had my husband) so it was ok.

We got in late and put our stuff in the room and left. When we came bacme we noticed that the air conditioning wasnt working. We let the front desk know and they said they had no available rooms for us to change to. We told them we wanted out money back because we had twin infants and we couldnt let them get too hot. The front desk said he couldnt just refund us so we could go somewhere else as he said we would have to wait for days for a refund. Nothing could be done after midnight. We were forced to stay with the promise from the front desk that we would be put into another room. My son got so overheated that the next morning I had a seven year old vomiting all over the bed as we were trying to get him to the bathroom. We were told by front desk to pack up all of our stuff and when we came back from our event we would have a new room ready for us. We called to check before heading back and the front desk lady didnt seem to know what was going on all she said was the ac had been fixed. I told her we were promised a new room and she said she couldnt give us one. THE AC WAS NOT FIXED AND WE HAD TO STAY ANOTHER NIGHT WITH BABIES IN A ROOM WITH NO AC. It would turn on and then shut right off. We tried everything to make it work. I will be contacting corporate and making a Tik Tok about this weekend. Our room was not cleaned like she said and when we asked for extra pillows and blankets because they did not look clean, we were given two pillows and pillow case. The next morning..

Great Stay
The ladies at the front desk made everything great at this hotel. The room was extremely nice and comfortable. This will definitely be my hotel for the Mansfield area. Additionally, we had family members in two other rooms and they were totally satisfied.
