The front desk person was not present when we arrived. We waited approximately 15 minutes. We called out hello trying to get someone’s attention. This was incredibly frustrating as we had to get checked in and get to our party. There was a sign that said the he was helping a guest. Being understaffed on a Friday night is not helpful. When he did return he barely spoke to us and offfered an obligatory thank you for waiting. There was absolutely no care to this staff member and furthermore we believe he was sleeping on the job. He appeared to be very groggy upon his entrance. This terrible service is very unfortunate and will make us considered carefully before booking again.

Great just needs a upgrade
Price was great. Front desk and housekeeping were great. Only disappointments were our fridge froze all our food and drinks. And the elevator has major issues.
