They gave us room with broken AC. Didn't offer to move to new room or offer any alternative. No running or no pressure water. Had complaints logged but went unnoticed in my opinion. Had to talk to Cheaptickets to intervene the situation and got refund for the stay. Moved out immediately to better hotel in the area.

The restrooms look beat up, the rooms have a particular smell, and the breakfast had moldy bagels, the towels look old and overwashed. We found smelly socks in the closet. We were considering moving to a different hotel, but it was too last minute to find anything reasonable.

We booked this property for three nights because it is conveniently located, but it needs remodeling, the elevators are old and the rooms have an old smell and look unkempt. We found dirty socks in the closet and when we wanted to have breakfast, we pointed out to the gentleman that the bagels had mold in them. We were really sad because our first experience a couple of years back was really good, I hope they address these issues.

Room clean but bathtub dirty. Fixtures were rusty. No stopper for a bath even though tub too dirty to sit. Soap provided was tiny and used up in one time by my husband and myself. We could hear traffic the whole night. Was not a restful night of sleep until early morning!

Was first given a key that did not work for the assigned room. When the key was re-programmed, it opened the door, but the room was already occupied. Turns out the staff wrote down the wrong room number on the key envelope. The pool was disgusting with a discoloring film on the walls and bottom.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting!!! All the staff isn’t friendly at all!!! Everything needs fixing from the broken elevator to the light fixture off the elevator, tv even the faucet in the bathroom! The trash through out the property is always overflowing! Seriously the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed out! Shocking that this is a wyndham hotel!!! I will never ever stay at another La Quinta again!!
