The room was plenty spacious for two girls to stay and have full suitcases and get ready. The staff texted me ahead of time and asked roughly what time to expect us so they could ensure our room was ready. It is such a small gesture that makes a huge impact, they also asked if we had special requests that they could prepare before our arrival. The stay included a free beer/wine upon check in, and 1 free drink at happy hour. Everyone on staff was very kind and professional and the room was great. It got plenty cold, it was dark with the curtains and the bed was decently comfortable. I would stay here again

Overall very good hotel with excellent breakfast and brunch options (although pricey) that went from 0630 to 1430. Location was great and service was good. I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars because the prices were just too high ($65 parking and $15 chocolate bars 🍫) are just two examples.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It’s right in downtown so it’s super convenient to the various sights around. The room was clean and comfortable and service is really good. We did have a snafu with the valet service when we were leaving though. They had been so great up to that point but we waited at least 45 minutes for our car which we knew was weird. We checked a few times about it and were told we were in line but the last time we checked they realized our car keys were still there. They were apologetic and got it taken care of right away. I did ask the valet if we could have a refund and he said he would see what he can do. I called the hotel later on just to check on that and explain the situation and was refunded the valet portion. Due to the way they handled the situation which is pretty rare, I would return to the hotel and am thankful they took care of things right away.
