Property was actually nice although paid $700/nite because of TCU Parents weekend. Pleasantly surprised. Close to everything. Only weird issue was front door needs a room key to get into lobby. Staff was great, clean spacious rooms. TV was funk location All in all I’d book again.

I liked the front desk checking in with us on text. That was nice. The room didn’t have any options for tea but she said we could get downstairs. AC in the room cuts on and off and my husband thinks that is what got him sick blowing on him on and off all night. The other suggestion would be curtains that don’t allow light in because light comes in around the curtain in the morning.

Wasn’t excited at first to have to pay so much for parking.. but at the end I’m glad I did. The parking garage was only accessible by hotel card and I knew my car would be safe. Wonderful experience! 2-3 miles from the Stockyards. Will be staying there again!

I loved the area, the staff and the wonderful breakfast. What I was very disappointed by was the $35 fee for parking, The dirty bed skirt (looked like someone had fun with their spouse :o and the fact that our $200 room did NOT have a microwave and had a child like coffee maker with a 3 inch plug which made it very difficult to make a safe cup of coffee on a plastic rinkadink barbie size coffee maker. If it wasn't for the nice staff I would have asked for my money back. Very disappointed for the brand of hotel

Very beautiful hotel, great location, close to bus, train stops. Amazing breakfast every morning, very friendly helpful staff. The only negative was the house keeping staff who only showed up 2 days out of the 5 days during my stay. Thats ok though i only really only need house keeping to empty garbage or change a towel or two so it was no big deal. Otherwise id stay there again in a heartbeat.
