Good place for the value
Very close to TCU. Good communication from owner. Neighborhood was a bit loud on Friday night but other nights were quiet. The rooster, a few doors down, is a late sleeper. He started his crowing at 9:30 am. LOL I'd stay here again!

The pictures on the listing are deceitful.
The property itself is falling apart. The table top is sat on top of the legs so it moves freely and is pretty much to look at, not use. It’s not sturdy at all. There are multiple issues with the flooring that aren’t pictured online. The door frames throughout the house were cracked and falling apart. It’s filled with DIY jobs that don’t look to be done properly so everything is falling apart. The neighbors have a huge dog that barks at you and charges the gate if you’re outside at all. The AC was turned off when we arrived, the last weekend of July, so it was 87 in the house and took forever to cool down. The host then accused us of damaging a door due to a faulty door stopper and sent me an invoice for over $500. When I let them know the doors were broken when we arrived and looked around the property, and we didn’t use the room in question other than to grab the comforter off the bed the host ignored my response and still tried to invoice me for over $500.

We did find few crickets in the restrooms but just picked them up and got rid of them. We did have a problem with getting the wifi to connect but just used my hotspot. Definitely would prefer to have tvs in each room, beside the living and master, even just small ones would be nice, just our opinion. Did get charged for more damages that my daughters plastic tea cup apparently made but oh well. Overall the house is fine and in a good neighborhood. The distance from anywhere you need to go and whats available is ideal. Would still recommend this listing.

Wonderful location for TCU activities
Five family and friends stayed here for TCU graduation weekend. We had everything we needed (other than the hairdryer didn’t work and nobody brought one and no soap for the shower), but the beds were okay and the showers were good. The home is a fine rental for a good price.
