We stayed in room 23, on a Lakeview corner of the top floor. Twin beds, all recently renovated. Would request this room again in a flash.
There was an issue with the shade of an outside security camera banging against the roof flashing outside the two room windows. Made it difficult to sleep during a massive storm that hit during our stay. Pointed it out to the manager and was promised immediate action -- we did move along to Inverness that day, but have full faith the noise would be fixed.
Excellent and affordable in-house dining (dinner) complimented the included breakfasts.
Great little hotel with easy and convenient parking.
The hotel is run efficiently and everything is provided that should be. We stayed in one of the pods with a bathroom on the loch. Had dinner and breakfast and all was good. Thanks!
Just in for a night and found the Onich welcoming. Bedroom small but well appointed with new bathroom. Evening meal very good - best scallops dish I've had in a while.
It was a lovely experience, superb view but also needs some food blackout blinds.

We spent three nights in a deluxe pod. It was spacious enough for two, very clean, had a very comfortable bed, the appliances worked well, the shower was very nice, and we had a beautiful view right on the water. Some needed touches were missing, such as dependable Wi-Fi, kitchen necessities such as towels and paper supplies for those who bring their own food, and a larger mirror one could use for everyday use. We can’t speak for the food at the restaurant since we didn’t eat there. Great location.
We absolutely LOVED our stay in the luxury pods. Perfectly designed and quite spacious! The manager was so helpful with WiFi issues, difficulty working the shower (user error), and extra towels. Absolutely recommend Onich Hotel.
Very special silver wedding anniversary stay in a luxury pod in an idyllic location. Perfect.
Easy and friendly check in, location is stunning, pod was well equipped and had everything we needed for a one night stay. We had a drink in the bar but then self catered so didn’t need to use any other hotel facilities.

Absolutely stunning views, in a great location.
The room was dated & could do with new carpet & furniture for the price but bathroom was very modern.

A little run down, but clean. Breakfast staff were terrific. Friendly and efficient.
This place is incredible for the views if you stay at the pods. The restaurant is actually very good and large portions. staff is very helpful as well BUT what they don't tell you is that the WIFI in the pods is horrible and you're unlikely to get it. We constantly kept having to go up to the house for wifi! we are in 2024 this should not be an issue and IS NOT stated in the booking
The staff were friendly and accommodating. I was able to get a fan for the room. The room was dated but I was steps away from the rock beach and the grounds are beautiful. Dinner on site was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had.
We booked the Luxury Pod and it was excellent and had everything that we needed in it also had stunning views from it all Staff very friendly and helpful from Checking in to Departure Breakfast was lovely and a good choice places to visit Glencoe FortWilliam Glenfinnan Corpach and Morar Beaches at Arisaig. We have stayed here a few times and will be back again
The location is beautiful, and the restaurant excellent! However, our room sorely needed repairs and updates. The carpet was soiled. The window hinge and the bathroom door hook were broken. Linens were shabby. Luckily we only booked one night.
Also, we went for breakfast the next morning and no prices were posted. it turns out we paid $22 per person to grab a coffee, toast and banana! The prices and hotel info should be posted.
The one saving grace is the female bartender/server was very sweet and professional and kind.
