Our shared laundry area ensures that practicalities are taken care of, allowing you to focus on enjoying your stay in this welcoming home away from home.

Our home features a convenient electronic lock for easy guest access! Upon booking, you will need to sign the rental agreement as well as schedule a security deposit and then you'll receive a unique code for the lock, allowing you to enter the apartment with a simple keypad entry. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-ins! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay!

I tend to over communicate prior to your arrival and then leave you the heck alone while you are enjoying your time at our place :)

- Security Deposit Hold of $100 is required to be processed by Host on guest's credit card.
- NO pets of any kind shall be permitted at any time.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your reservation, please reach out to us. The rental rate is for 10 people max. If you exceed the max number of guests you will forfeit your damage deposit if applicable or you will be charged $100 per day for each extra guest.
- Quiet Time is enforced 10 pm - 6 am
- Check-in time is 4 pm or after and Check-out it 11 am.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises, $1000 fine for any violation. All of our rentals are non-smoking. You may smoke outside but all cigarette butts must be picked up and properly disposed of. You will lose your deposit and/or be charged for professional cleaning service if evidence of smoke or cigarette butts are found once you check out.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind.
- Management shall not be liable for damage to renter's property of any type, for any reason or cause whatsoever.
