There are two parking spots available on premise which are located right next to the unit. You are 100 yards from the public beach access and within walking distance is 6 restaurants, 3 retail shops, mini golf, gas station, and liquor store. Few issues
Overall we were pleased. We did have a few issues with cockroaches in the house , the washer wasn’t working (but they fixed it quickly), and an outlet behind the coffee pot had a broken piece of plug within so both weren’t available.
