Checked into my room. First room was dirty. They had to move me to another room. Set the ac at 68 and left. Came back and the room was still 74 degrees. Called front desk and they sent maintenance. He stated it would be cooler within a few minutes and left. It was already 1am and we had to be up. Slept through the night hot. Front desk did not care and after I expressed my frustration she looked at me and asked how did I want my receipt without acknowledging my concerns. I’ve never had an experience like this before.

Beautiful hotel but its design is for short stay business class visitors. Although restaurants are within walking distance with the heat walk seams unbearable. Not walkable to beach must have own transportation for all activities and dining.
