Ready to disconnect and relax? Grab a drink and hop in the hot tub, or build a fire in the firepit. Enjoy coffee and a book from the porch while watching the deer and other wildlife wander nearby.
Very convenient location! Only minutes from downtown Fort Payne, Mentone, Desoto State Park and Little River Canyon. Very quiet cabin in the woods!
This cabin shares 20 acres in the woods with a few of our others. Each are spaced out to keep it private and relaxing! It was built in late 2022. It is completely self-sufficient, fully-furnished with all appliances.
We now have Wi-Fi! So, if you *have* to work, or if you're needing to binge watch your favorite Netflix shows, you can now do so!
Each of our cabins have a private hot tub located on the covered back deck, a fire pit, and a campsite style charcoal grill. All of the kitchens are fully equipped with all the basic appliances and utensils you should need to prepare your favorite meals if you're looking to stay in. We use Keurig pod coffee makers in each of our cabins, so grab your favorite blend!
This cabin has a king sized bed and a full-size sleeper sofa.
Things you should know!
All sheets and linens are provided.
We provide a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine tablet. We also provide a few K-cups to get you started.
According to your length of stay, you may want to bring extra coffee, detergents and garbage bags.
We do not provide any toiletries at this time.
Phone service can be limited, however, we have signal boosters in each of our cabins. AT&T and Verizon seem to work fine, though we have been told that T-Mobile/Sprint users didn't have signal. Having wi-fi now may allow many modern phones to operate over it.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as a spa tub or make use of other amenities including barbecue grills.

Awesome Place
Awesome place and property, private and secluded but close to everything you need. The owners were awesome in accommodating us with a change in our reservation that we had to do. Absolutely a beautiful cabin. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend any one of the cabins on the property. Several things to see close by and Fort Payne is a neat old town with many great shops and local dining.

We really enjoyed staying at the Fox's Den. The cabin is just perfect size for a couple. The floor plan is very well laid out and the decor is very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub every day and the laundry machines made it really nice to not come home with loads of dirty laundry. The cabins are spaced out far enough for privacy and the scenery is nice. I like the added security of the gate. We will stay again if we are in the area again.

Two days before suppose to check in i sent host an email about the possibility of checking in a little early i did not receive a message back until an hour before check in so i was not happy with that. The pull out sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on the mattress is only about 1 inch thick and there really wasn't any linen for the bed. The cabin itself was nice but i am not sure if i would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time looking at fall colors, hiking the trails and soaking in the hot tub. Cabin is perfect retreat for a couple with all of your basic needs handy. Sitting on the back deck reading in the afternoon can’t be beat. Loved the serenity that surrounds this cabin area as you can hear every forest sounds without the intrusion of heavy traffic noise. We will definitely try to schedule more time at Fox Hole. Thanks, Quincy for such a lovely stay.

I rented Coyote Den Cabin a couple of months ago and loved it, so I tried out Fox Hole near it. This one was just as nice. Very new cabin, super clean, pleasant decor, and with some privacy. It is extremely quiet at these cabins in the woods, which is what I loved and needed.
