I enjoyed the breakfast. The negatives are there was a horrible rust stain in the shower. Also, the refrigerator stopped being cold on the last night, causing food to have to be disposed of.

The elevator was broken for the entire stay. The staff just shrugged. We had a ton of heavy luggage and coolers and hanging clothes and we got a rolling cart to help us get up to the room which was on the FIFTH FLOOR! And the elevator was broken. When I asked the staff how I was supposed to get everything up to the room, did they offer to help? No. They just shrugged and said sorry. We are over 60 years old and five flights with 20+pound luggage and 10 pound coolers was NOT easy. They said they had no rooms on any lower floors. The room was fine but the fact that they made no effort to help us was pathetic. There was one person at the front desk when we checked in and a huge line of construction workers checking in. They need more staff. I tried this hotel instead of my usual Hampton Inn I-75 (I am there every two weeks) and I will never go back.

Everything was great but there was no hot water in our room apparently this was all over the hotel so they are assured us that he would receive some type of combination well it is points on Expedia or a free night.

Everything was nice but there was no hot water. When asked was advised all room were lacking hot water so no need to move and we would be compensated. But when checking out the front desk advised they were not aware and didn’t know what to tell us.

The bathroom floors were greasy and the Room had no hot water. The water temperature would only go to lukewarm but not hot. Poor lighting. I was not able to read on the office space provided due to no light whatsoever near the table.
