First - i was quoted one amount for a fee for having my dog with me but then was charged $25 more than that. I was there for two nights and with short stays i prefer not to have housekeeping come in and i had my do not disturb sign up. On day two I came back to find the sign thrown on the floor in the closet, a wine glass that was not the hotel's gone, and my personal items on the bed had clearly been touched since they changed the bedding. This is a violation of my privacy and against policy.

I had a wonderful time at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Myers Florida. I would like to thank every member of staff for their hospitality. Loved the dinner options at the restaurant. A special to Patrick for getting me around on a very a short notice. I would love to see the company purchase a golf cart for people with mobility issues.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are so many dining and shopping options within a 10 minute drive but the hotel is tucked away enough to be very quiet.
