Only issue was the bed would make a horrible metallic sound getting in and out of. Like sheet metal bending and popping. Pillows were way too soft. Everything worked and breakfast was average.

Excellent hotel, great location. Hotel staffs were courteous and professional. Room was big and clean. The tv in the room was a bit primitive and not many channel options, Lol. The breakfast was good. Two great malls and several tourists attractions were nearby. Overall we had a wonderful experience. I will definitely stay in this hotel for my future visit to Fort Myers/Estero. :)

Amazing Amazing Experience and Hotel!
Amazing amazing experience! From the desk staff that showed kindness and generosity to my daughter in law and my two grandsons, who had just got off a plane and weren’t feeling well; to the amazingly clean entryways, hallways and rooms; to the amenities like the pool and fitness center, all impeccably clean; to the EXCELLENT breakfast and breakfast service; this hotel is truly remarkable. They made the stay for my daughter-in-law and grandkids an enjoyable, peaceful and amazing experience, I would highly highly recommend staying here! Thank you to the desk staff, maintenance and domestic crew, the breakfast crew and cooks, to the entire staff.
