This villa has 6 bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, and sleeping accommodations for up to 14 guests. This Getaway retreat is a boater’s dream, with its quick sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico. There are 2 master suites. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master on the first floor has king-size bed and a pool bath. The remaining bedrooms have a queen bed, 2 twin beds and a bunk room with 4 beds, perfect for the extended family. The 2nd floor features the 2nd master with a king bed and a balcony overlooking the extra wide canal. There is an additional bedroom on the 2nd floor with twin beds as well. All bedrooms have new
bedding and upgraded linens! The electric heated pool is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, boating, golfing, fishing or enjoying other nearby activities the Cape has to offer. The Kitchen has been fully stocked with all the modern conveniences of home and everything the family chef will need while on vacation. The 2 car garage and circular driveway offer plenty of parking. Beautiful location!
Wonderful home in a great location, quiet neighborhood. Spent a week with family and friends...11 total, mix of adults and teens. Pefect bedroom setup. Kids loved the pool and fishing from the dock. Adults enjoyed quiet evenings on the dock. Perfect location with a short drive to everything. Loved that chairs, umbrella, towels were provided to enjoy a beach day as we flew in without those items. House was very clean. Kitchen was a bit warm compared to the rest of the house...especially cooking meals, but may just be a summer issue. Would definitely rent again if back in the area! Highly recommend!

Best Vacation Ever!!
This property is FANTASTIC! We had a family vacation with our 4 adults kids (plus son-in-law) and 2 grand kids. This property has EVERYTHING needed to enjoy the HEATED pool and the BEAUTIFUL waterfront. We kayaked and fished every day (caught 2 fish!), saw dolphins swim by, and our 3-year-old granddaughter was in the pool from sunrise to sunset. Actually, we all were in the pool nonstop. It was delightful! The house is so spacious and the kitchen has EVERYTHING you would need for cooking. We enjoyed dinners by the pool every night, and cocktails down by the water in the evenings. The loungers by the dock are SO comfortable. This is truly such a special place. We live on water in Minnesota, so we’re used to that delightful perk, but there was something so special about the canals of Cape Coral. It’s like the Venice, Italy of the US. So fun! Close to so much, we enjoyed Tropical Breeze mini golf, Top Golf, Sanibel Island Beach, and seeing the MN Twins play at their spring training field. Our family time together was the absolute best, and we are so appreciative to have walked into a completely clean home with every amenity needed. MUCH THANKS FROM THIS GRATEFUL FAMILY!

The home was very clean, spacious and well stocked with kitchen items, many towels and the kids greatly enjoyed the pool! The boys used the fishing pools and caught some catfish-they went back in the water. My daughters used the kayaks and all the beach stuff was greatly appreciated

Our Family Trip
This is the second time we stayed at this location. We mostly stayed here again because of the number of bedrooms, private pool and being on the canal. The house needs some work. The kitchen is outdated and very much in need of repairs and the bedroom and bathroom doors don’t lock very well. The furniture is very dated. Great place to stay but for the money it could use some upgrades.

Everything was great and as advertised. The only issue we had was that the pool heater wasn't working properly, so it was too cold to enjoy. However, as soon as the owner found out, she contacted me and offered to refund us $250 without us even asking for anything which was nice.

Family Vacation
This was the first time we were able to bring all of our kids together for a family vacation. We contacted the owner and host several times to ask questions about the property and they were very helpful in answering our questions and helping us make our choice to stay at this property. The 6 bedrooms, pool, large kitchen, kayaks and beautiful view really made our stay memorable. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Nice location and great sunset view from the pool
We enjoyed our stay. As mentioned in other posts, the kitchen is in desperate need of an update and communication from the property manager were hit and miss. The property itself is nice and the kids had fun. We fit two families totaling 4 adults and 5 kids and had room for probably a third family of similar size. It also appears the owners have read previous reviews because they did have roku in every room, which made streaming for the kids awesome when they were winding down from a day at the beach or pool time. It’s close to main shopping areas as well, which made grocery runs convenient. It was great to be able to use the kayaks and they have a healthy supply of beach towels and toys. It would have been nice if some of the usual hotel amenities like shampoo/conditioner/soap were supplied, but not a big deal. It was nice to have on-site laundry as well, but the dryer took several cycles to actually dry a load of clothes.

Great location - quiet neighborhood
Our extended family group really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful vacation rental! We especially liked the well-lit rooms, the dock and kayaks, and the pool. It was also convenient to other activities and major roads. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with lots of dishes and utensils.

Family vacation
Everything was just as we expected and the house was in a great location. Our family enjoyed our time in Cape Coral at the cape getaway. Overall I would give the house an 8 out of 10. You can tell by the condition and wear on the house that is is a rental each room could use some TLC. There was nothing wrong with the house that kept us from having an good time just some minor repairs needed. The house could use some basic cable. Good thing we subscribed to Hulu live and Netflix already. and some sort of sound system to listen to music whiling enjoying the pool. On the plus side there was an over abundance of towel and linens available for our use and the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware glasses and pot and pans. We definitely stay there again in the future.

This property was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do while on vacation. About 30-45 minute drive to airport, many beaches, downtown Fort Myers, etc. Grocery store and coffee shop within 10 mins. Lots of good restaurants in a 15-30 min drive as well. We appreciated using the kayaks, pool(daily), grill, sand toys and beach chairs. The kitchen has newer appliances, but the rest of it is a little outdated. It did serve the purpose for our cooking needs. Nice neighborhood. If I had to find something to complain about - the house was clean in general, but could have used a deep clean prior to our arrival (dust on surfaces, dead bugs & spider webs in corners and by window & door frames, etc). Also, the black easy chairs sit way too low to the ground and are not comfortable for relaxing at the end of the day. Perhaps a set of recliners would be a better option, especially for the older population who might stay there? If we ever come back to Cape Coral, we would stay at this property again!

Our family had an excellent time in this nicely decorated home. The property manager dealt with an issue we had promptly. The pool and the dock were a hit. There is plenty of room to spread out, or gather in one area. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen, plus lots of towels and extra linens. Having 2 washers and dryers was great!

Perfect getaway
My family rented this home for a short beach getaway and absolutely loved it.. The house has plenty of space, with the rooms being spread out amongst the home, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. We very much enjoyed the screened in patio and pool and spent most of our time in that area. The home has a lovely view overlooking the waterway and the kayaks that are available were used daily as we went out and explored. Aside from being quite far from the beach (45 minutes), this home is close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

This home is beautiful and spacious enough to accommodate my large group. The view is beautiful. There were plenty of pool toys for the kids, kayaks for the adults, and a kitchen with everything you need for a large family meal. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Spacious home with great views
The house it very spacious with plenty of space for a large group. The bedrooms are not on top of each other thus providing of privacy. The large kitchen was fully stocked with the appropriate dishes and cookware, and we loved having 2 fridges. The interior is a bit dated, but we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the pool, kayaks and great views! We would come back again.
