NEW TO VRBO. Wobbly Pelican #2 sits next door to the original 3 bedroom Wobbly Pelican (#1). The home currently has a beautiful ocean view and the beach is just steps away! The exterior of the house is new including siding, windows, doors & AC. The heated pool has been re-tiled / re-surfaced and a new privacy fence has been installed. The main elevated living floor has new flooring and paint among other updates. The house boasts one large deck which has a portion that is screened in. 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen, Twin + Twin) and 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer on site. Maximum occupancy is 6. Property is located between public beach access 16 and 17 which is about 1/2 mile from the Publix grocery store to the north and 1/2 mile from CVS to the south.
