*Guests are responsible for adhering to proper garbage routines including sorting and rolling garbage & recycling to and from the curb during their stay.
*Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced and parties are NOT permitted
*Furniture and added amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.
***Security Camera: Please note there are exterior security cameras on the property that will be on during guests stay and cannot be tampered with or damaged while guests are staying at the property. ANY TAMPERING WITH, ADJUSTING, COVERING, MOVING OR TOUCHING OF DISCLOSED SECURITY CAMERAS WILL RESULT IN A FULL LOSS OF THE GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT.
*Interior Camera pointed at front door may be unplugged while guests are staying on premise and is used for security purposes when home is vacant
*EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.

Pompano Beach borders Fort Lauderdale and a short drive to the middle of the action. There are multiple airports in the surrounding area and shopping, dining, nightlife and most importantly the beach.

Lyft, Uber, Cabs, private car service and the famous water taxis are available if you decide not to rent a car during your stay. There is a maximum number of 5 cars that are allowed to be parked inside the driveway. There is absolutely no parking on the lawn or the street.
