Place had bed bugs. It is extremely run down from what it used to be. Reception will tell you your room is unlocked for you and you’ll have no contact. We had to leave immediately and are now fighting with the place for a refund.

We stayed for only one night. The non smoking room had a very strong smoking smell that didn’t allow 3 of us to sleep. We complained to the management. The lady straight away rejected our plea and asked us to contact Expedia for this issue. No idea why would they do that, when it is their responsibility. One room had no pillow covers, another room had torn pillow covers. The door knobs of both bathrooms came off. Bedsheets smelled really bad. Terrible stay for one night.

Not enough parking at the place…so I ended up with a parking ticket on the street parked next to villa. Also, kinda dirty with thin used up towels. Oh ya, and people above us were stomping around and moving furniture (or least, what sounded like it) all hours of the night. So zero sleep!

Worst stay I’ve had in a long time. No clean towels, issues with the front door, parking , insects in our room, and a lack of respect from the front desk. I’ve stayed here before and expected better. Still waiting to hear from manager, even after going in person to the front desk and sending an email.
