It took me a few days to gather what this review would look like.
I chose this hotel based on past reviews, price and distance from the cruise terminal. Let’s just say don’t always believe those good reviews.
We arrived at the property at around 2:20 (check in is 3) after arriving from our flight in. When we walked in the door the person behind the counter was helping another guest, the fire alarm panel was nonstop beeping in the background and several other people in the lobby.
He asked us if we were checking in, I acknowledged and waited as was asked. He began getting frantic, telling the lady that also works there “I wish people would wait until 3 to come here like they are supposed to!”. Granted I would have gladly waited the 30 minutes as I just flew in and had nothing else to do.
After checking in…
We received our key, walked into our room and the room floor was wet, room smelled like old wet towels. Horrible! Room nothing like the photo at all.
At this point I determined this wasn’t the place for us. The front desk refunded my money and I went to another more expensive place.
