NOT RECOMMENDED! BEWARE!
Room was not ready! when we arrived at 5pm (an HOUR after the appointed check in time 4pm) the door was wide open with someone inside the room sweeping the floor. beds were not made, and the room was filthy dirty! We had to make last minute arrangements to stay elsewhere! Web pictures are NOT ACCURATE! Beware!!

Great location, needs updates!
Location was very close to beach. Other positives were beach chairs, (only 2 though) beach towels and umbrella were available. Bathroom was good size and clean, nice shower. Bed comfort was decent. Negatives were that updates are definitely needed. Pillows were disgusting, stained and yellowed. Air Conditioning wasn’t sufficient to get the room cooled down to a comfortable temperature. TV was mounted on wall in a terrible position and not really visible from one of the beds. Toilet didn’t want to fill up with water after flushing. New light bulbs in bathroom needed. Ceiling fan was missing a blade. And front door wasn’t a tight fit to the frame. The room we had was not the one pictured in the ad on Vrbo.

The property was located very close to the boardwalk which was great. The parking situation was a bit stressful as there are only 5 spots and 8 rental units. I was afraid to drive anywhere once i arrived that i would lose my space as I had parked in the last open spot.
