There was nothing unique about the property, when we arrive the waiting area was dirty. The room we stayed in the the furniture was stained the carpet smelled and was musty ro the point it felt like it was sticking to your feet, and the air conditioning unit needs to cleaned. The lamp shades had nasty water stains. It was a horrible experience.

As you enter the hotel lobby area, the smell is bad. Pool area is bad. All pool chairs were tore apart. Not able to laid down to enjoy the sun next to pool. Breakfast area too small to eat. Breakfast not allowed to take to rooms. Terrible beds. 4-bedroom mirrows had kids fingerprints all over. Furniture dated. Room service lady, not happy for my request to clean up. NOT COMING BACK.

We came here on a medical trip and the hotel is in a great position for Cleveland clinic and also Sawgrass. It was quiet, friendly and comfortable. The gentleman on the front desk was very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely go back.

Complete mess
We had changed rooms do to the bad smell Then the next room we had the shower was dirty the had dirty stains all over the carpet we went to the store to buy disinfectant spray & wipes amd air fresheners. Outside they don’t cut the grass everything is overgrown, pool area was dirty ants all over. First and last time for me to stay here.

The bedsheets were dirty instead of changing us to a different room we had to wait for someone to come and clean our bed. My husband and I are both disabled. We were given a room on the top floor even though we requested a room on the first floor. Their elevator broke down and the clerk expected us to go up and down the stairs. We told the clerk that that was not possible and waited for them to fix the elevator. Unfortunately another Guest and her son were clearly having trouble Walking had to climb the stairs back to their room on the top floor. The whole event was Totally unacceptable!!!
