In All my years I've never experienced such filth and deteroration. I spent close to $500 for Two (2) nights in the filthiest and smelliest room ever. Only 1 NEW (spanish speaking) Employee was very nice; everyone else, including the Manager were difficult to talk to (an attitude like they didn’t want to be there). If I would still be representing Wyndham, the 1st thing that I would do is Sut Down the place, upgrade it to today's standards and hire new staff!!!

My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to a number of issues. The check-in process was notably slow, with only one staff member available to assist with both check-ins and various guest issues, such as non-existent TVs and non-functional remote controls. Although the front desk clerk was courteous, she was visibly overwhelmed, which impacted the service. The hotel itself feels dated, and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Dust and particles were visible on most surfaces and the floor, and the glass was smudged and dirty. Additionally, several electrical outlets in the room were inoperative, which was inconvenient. Concerns about safety were heightened by a malfunctioning door lock—my only security was the door latch. I felt extremely unsafe while in the elevator and hoped it didn't breakdown while I was utilizing it. Moreover, the presence of a roach in the bathroom was particularly distressing and prompted me to check out after 20 mins and request a refund. Overall, this was the most unsatisfactory hotel experience I have ever encountered, and I believe significant improvements are necessary to meet basic hospitality standards.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I stayed somewhere else. You guys were advised. I am going to chargeback the amount. Hotels.com have not been helpful at all. There were sketchy people, prostitutes and the room stinks of mold and smoke. I had an asthma attack. Do not stay here!

It’s cheap but needs to be cheaper!!
Room was humid and had a mildew smell. Bathroom was disgusting with I cleaned feces on the wall underneath the toilet paper holder. They were kind in each interaction but never fixed any issues. Beds had stains. Although the stains, beds were pretty comfy and was able to sleep well. The room seemed very thrown together

Since it is a LaQuinta hotel chain, I was very disappointed with the strong musty smell in the room. I could hardly breathe at night. My husband has asthma and was sick at night. I do not recommend it if you have children. The bed and sheets are clean, but the room needs to have the carpet washed and the door left open to let the air in. There was a lot of party noise at night. The website did not inform me that the hotel does not have an elevator and I was accommodated on the 3rd floor using external stairs. Anyway, always check the reviews.

Like the location, but rooms was nothing like the pictures online, room was very old, smell mold, some of the fixtures light didn’t have a bulb and the worse was went to use the bathroom and the toilet had pee all over and requested right away to send someone to clean and nobody came. At this point the stay was just over for me!

Refused service on 12/2/24 11:00pm, hotel lobby was dirty again. LInked to Wendy"s restaurant. Poor and we are loosing money. 911 notified. Great hotel, great location. Laq is plagued with problems. WE NEED PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE. BOB AT DESK IS EXCELLENT, THAT'S IT. INCLUDES ALL LAQ'S GOLD COAST I HAVE VISITED TAMARAC, CORAL SPRINGS, POMPANO, other, ALWAYS A DISASTER. THANKS.!!!! I have never received a hot breakfast at this location as advertised, we had a great hot breakfast when Ed was at the desk, then all food was discontinued. Ed said I was hosing the buffet, I DO NOT. Usually nothing is served except hot coffee from a vat. Occasional Bob at the desk has a breakfast bag. Rarely. I am missing a $100.00 deposit from 33441 DFB was never refunded(?) Pompano Beach $75.00 deposit never refunded or found. Bathtubs are dirty. Prices are too low for this great hotel chain.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Rooms are super dirty and not maintained. Roaches on the beds and the bathrooms are nasty. Pictures posted are misleading. Do yourself a favor and spare $20 a night somewhere else, prolly will be the best investment to make in your life.
