The biggest issue for us was the AC. It works really noisy. At the first night we had our earplugs, next night we were out of the earplugs and we couldn’t fall asleep till 4am, trying to cover the ears with the pillows. Turn off the AC wasn’t the option because of the climate in FL Also The floor had the sand so it wasn’t that clean. Though, the rate isn’t that high considering the fact that you have less than a minute to the ocean.

When I checked in, the sheets were dirty, I had to ask several times for them to be changed, it was impossible to get through to them, I had to go to the reception desk, and this is another building, which is a 5-minute walk in one direction. The room is dirty, a terrible door that did not close normally, I lived for three nights, my room was never cleaned. The refrigerator was broken, on the second night I woke up and the whole floor was in water, no one came to my request to wipe the floor. The staff is not interested in guests. I constantly had to ask for everything several times. No one cares at all. Anyone could enter the hotel, the door was constantly open, and was not guarded in any way.Breakfast was included in the price, but, the breakfast time they only made an hour during this time, all the people who live in all their apartments should eat. You can't call it breakfast either, there was just bread, and they just opened cream cheese in a jar, as it is sold, and all people took spoons from there. I was also not warned about the additional payment of $ 59. It was terrible. I'm sure homeless people live better

Property was nice and clean staff helpful convenience of the beach restaurants and stores hotel had a lil store with snacks drinks and alcohol the was a bike and beach chair rental on property.. free breakfast could of been better

El hotel está cerca de la playa no tienes que caminar mucho . El cuarto estaba limpio todo bien. La agua del alberca no se miraba muy limpia , no nos metimos , no la pasamos en la playa y el broadway nice para caminar , comer y comprar en la tiendas!! It’s literally walking distance to the beach so pretty . I would advise to only park in the spots that say HBO I believe it is because I got I parked on the public parking on the sidewalk outside not knowing and I got a $65 ticket so just be careful with that. You cannot park in the public parking you have to park in the spots that are for the hotel.

Close to the beach ⛱️ Broadwalk, the pavilions outside sit and relax the grill to barbecue, the pool, the rooms were so clean and spacious, the staff caring and friendly,the price was fantastic, and yes we will definitely be going back for years to come. I will recommend to family and friends 💕

The room price that Expedia shows is far from the real price. The parking is not free, they charge you additionally for services. If you book for more than a day and you change idea to check out. You'll lost your all refund. Bad experience.
