I loved the property however, I am disappointed because this is the first hotel I've been to where I had to pay for parking. Why is a hotel charging for parking, if I'm a paying guest. I can understand a second vehicle or someone visiting but I have a serious problem with paying $7 per day for staying at a hotel I'm already paying my money for.

Stayed twice at this property within a week (before and after a cruise) staff was very professional and friendly. Front Desk staff went above and beyond. An African American and a Hispanic gentleman. Very professional, efficient and service with a big smile. 5 Star for both!! Breakfast was sufficient dinner was good.

The shower in room barely put out water, must stand underneath shower head for water to fall onto you. Rooms smell like mildew, rug stains, shower had mildew. Ask for manager, never did a manager respond or address issue. Requested compensation to receive a $10 food credit and another mildew room. Would not recommend this hotel
