The backyard pool area is vast, secluded and fenced for quiet enjoyment of the pool and other amenities. Only two streets south of your oasis is Commercial Blvd. where you'll be walking to go to dinner, get some oysters, beer & cocktails, ice cream, pizza, sushi, drinks etc... it's super convenient to the bustle while providing you a quiet oasis. And did I say, the beach is only a couple of blocks away!
The property is expansive with over 4000 total sq ft. and is made up of two adjacent apartments with separate entrances all under one roof. There are no other apartments - you get everything (description below)!
This is the place that defines South Florida living. Imagine yourself in a sunny residence nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just a 5-minute (two-block) walk to the beach. Lauderdale by the Sea is a unique enclave where beach access is easy and even walking to the grocery store is convenient. LBTS is the exact opposite of the mess of massive high rises and lack of beach access you will experience in most of Fort Lauderdale. But don't worry! We are not all lazy walks and quiet beaches- we are located two streets north of the bustling Commercial Boulevard which is lined with all kinds of indoor/ outdoor dining options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and dessert! Publix, Walgreens, Walgreens liquor, and more are also just a short walk away.
Even though walkable, we have golf cart available for rent on a first come, first served basis. The cost: $60/day when rented as an add on during booking (rate increases if done afterwards). Golf cart is due back by check-out and must be rented for your entire stay.
At the beach, you can enjoy the beautiful sand and surf, walk the pier, fish, sign up for water sports, and snorkel or scuba out to the famous nearby coral reef. You will encounter surfers, pier fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, and kite surfing right there.
The beach is only two blocks/ five minutes if you walk at a leisurely clip, from the property. On a quiet, residential feeling

Bedroom 1: Nicely appointed, recently renovated bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, wall mounted smart TV, plantation shutters and impact windows.
Bedroom 2: Same as Bedroom 1 except without en-suite bathroom. There is a bath right outside the door.
Bedroom 3 (suite): This is really a studio apartment with an open bedroom / sitting area with a bonus pull-out sofa, smart TV, bathroom & kitchen. These are great quarters for the parents/in-laws in the group or for the kids to pile in - this suite has everything one needs. This bedroom also has its own rear building exit and driveway and easy access to the backyard and pool through the fence gate, so you may want to put people in here that don't mind family traffic to the pool .
There are three bathrooms total in this unit., a full kitchen, a kitchenette and a free laundry room.
