We were there for a tournament and the facility was close to the venue. The room was clean. The only issue was someone on our floor was cooking fish and made the whole floor smell. Linens were clean.

there were a lot of people around the property with luggage outside seemed like homeless people and it did not feel safe although the neighborhood should be a safe area but this did not feel comfortable at all.

I recently stayed at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fort Lauderdale, and found it to be a solid choice with a few notable strengths. The hotel is well-situated in a prime location, and close for the Port where we got a crise. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes just a short walk away, It’s easy to find a place to grab a bite, whether you’re in the mood for a quick coffee or a leisurely meal. The hotel itself offers basic but comfortable accommodations. Overall, Extended Stay America provides good value for its price point. It’s not the most luxurious option, but if you’re looking for a convenient base with excellent dining options nearby, it’s worth considering.

I guess you get what you pay for. $100 room with a pee smell when we entered. We had to open windows and door to air it out. One of the pillow cases was stained. Then there was a homeless kid sitting in the stairwell using the wall outlet to charge his phone. Thankfully we just needed a place to crash. Didn't spend much time there. On the upside the location is convenient but I'll opt for somewhere else next time.

My wife and I stayed there got to our room to take a shower and no hot water we told the employees it wasn’t working and they said and this is a quote “ they don’t know how to work it “ So my wife and I decided to get a refund and leave cause terrible customer service They were so rude and unprofessional
