The staff was very pleasant and the room was very clean close to the airport and the only thing is that they have a roof top patio and pool but the pool was under construction they should put that on there amenities so people aren’t disappointed when they arrive Overall not bad for a last minute booking

The Crowne Plaza has a very relaxing atmosphere, the decor is with excellent taste! The Crowne Plaza had many activities that you can enjoy along with your stay! The hotel is very spacious and was truly enjoyable!

I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are ok. There was a bug in my room, but it’s Florida I understand. Breakfast is overpriced. They tried to charge me $50 for a late check out! One elevator was not working and everyone was trying to leave, so by the time I got to the front desk it was 11:15. Absolutely hated my stay.

honestly this was a disappointment, Supposedly manager Tyrone couldn't do anything to help me when he charged me the $100 hold fee on his end it showed that it was declined twice and on my bank app it showed it was charged. till now I don't see my refund being made and it is frustrating I called the bank in front of him and the bank manager said it was charged now I have to open a dispute. Tyrone looked so miserable he needs to get a better job if he doesn't like this one... he does not have a manager customer service at all. the room smelled awful. the pool was not available due to renovation, one reason why I stayed there that night was for my kids to enjoy the pool. paid $21 for self parking (no valet parking)

Upon arrival at approximately noon I was told the room was ready but if I wanted to check in earlier than 3:00pm, the normal check in time, it would be an extra fee. This is a great example of Corporate Greed and the lack of customer service/relations or good will. I could either pay the fee or find someplace to hang out for 3 hours. I chose not to pay the fee. I can assure you that I will not use a IHG facility again. Airbnbs are looking a lot better now.
