I've had the pleasure of staying multiple times. I'd definitely return, as well as recommend it to others. Here's a summary of my experiences:
Great: The staff, especially front desk, are friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The overall atmosphere was quiet. The location was central to plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, movies, and a mall within walking distance. Noon check out.
Good: The showers are renovated. The rooms had balconies. I especially enjoyed the ones with courtyard views.
Neutral: This is more of a business hotel, and the decor reflects that. Breakfast is available for purchase.
Areas for Improvement: While the rooms were clean, the towels had random hairs every time
Make sure to put your DND sign on the door. Otherwise housekeeping will knock and try to enter room earlier than check out.
On two separate stays, cable tv did not work.
Although the hotel is generally quiet, the walls are a bit thin, and I could hear conversations from the adjoining rooms.
The door locks (loud) seemed to get stuck. I had some difficulty with them, as well as could hear some of my neighbors having trouble with them as well.
Some mold in a few of the showers, which seemed more from workmanship rather than a lack of cleaning.
The elevator was out-of-order on two of my stays.
The bistro's operating hours were unclear. I was unable to order breakfast at 9:35am due to kitchen being closed at 9:30am.
