Unfortunately I booked one of the more expensive per night rooms which was a 1 bedroom and living room room with a pool side view and balcony. When I checked in and went to the room there were no chairs on the balcony and every other balcony has chairs. I booked a room for 5 nights and continued to ask everyday to get 2 chairs and was constantly told that they would asked maintenance since they were booked. Unfortunately I received chairs and I also asked for pillows for the for the couch bed and never received them only blankets. I was there with family and together we had 2 rooms that were exactly the same type of room and had to borrow pillows from them. Very unacceptable and such a inconvenience especially since we were moving our daughter down there for college and her school is affiliated with this hotel for discounts.

I've had the pleasure of staying multiple times. I'd definitely return, as well as recommend it to others. Here's a summary of my experiences: Great: The staff, especially front desk, are friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The overall atmosphere was quiet. The location was central to plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, movies, and a mall within walking distance. Noon check out. Good: The showers are renovated. The rooms had balconies. I especially enjoyed the ones with courtyard views. Neutral: This is more of a business hotel, and the decor reflects that. Breakfast is available for purchase. Areas for Improvement: While the rooms were clean, the towels had random hairs every time Make sure to put your DND sign on the door. Otherwise housekeeping will knock and try to enter room earlier than check out. On two separate stays, cable tv did not work. Although the hotel is generally quiet, the walls are a bit thin, and I could hear conversations from the adjoining rooms. The door locks (loud) seemed to get stuck. I had some difficulty with them, as well as could hear some of my neighbors having trouble with them as well. Some mold in a few of the showers, which seemed more from workmanship rather than a lack of cleaning. The elevator was out-of-order on two of my stays. The bistro's operating hours were unclear. I was unable to order breakfast at 9:35am due to kitchen being closed at 9:30am.

When I came inside for check-in nobody was at the front, i had to take a sest before someone finally showed up. At check out I asked the gues service agent for assistance with having a trolly be sent to my RM and she never bothered to see my requwst through and when i followed up with her on it she seemed confused at the mention of it and totally uninterested in Trying to do anything about it nkw that it was addreesed to her in person vs over the phone when the request made

The hotel is well kept but run down and in need of a refresh. Bathrooms clean but older and a little dingy. Had to wait a long time for order of food. Breakfast buffet might be a better idea.
