Staff at the reception was courteous and helpful. Check in, check out was easy and hassle free. However, there is no great dine-in option inside the hotel or surrounding area. Existing cafe has very limited option and timing is not convenient. They close early and morning breakfast only available until 10 AM. Cafe should remain open from early morning until late evening for the convenience considering there is no option available nearby outside the hotel. Otherwise no complain about the overall experience. Thank you!

The room I was originally assigned to didn’t provide a real sense of security. The door top lock latched didn’t lock. The patio door sidebars was not secured. I addressed the issue with the staff and they quickly accommodated me with a new room.

Hotel staff pretty unresponsive to request for services. No house keeping despite repeated requests to various staff at the front desk. Run out of shower gel after one night, after multiple requests one receptionist was honest to let us know the hotel was out of soap and the next shipment was not due in yet. How ridiculous, anyway we went bought our own. Hotel rooms are dated. Sorry to be so negative. I have always stayed at courtyards by Marriott but this has made me open to trying other hotels. Overall not very good experience at this hotel.
