We arrived at 7PM, the front desk lady wasn't good at all, she didn't help us with our reservation, she asked me the room number and the code pass to get into our studio? but I don't have these infos, then she said I can't help you.?What I drove 24 hours and paid everything to tell me you can't access your room?We was really deceived and anxious, for many hours, till having the intervention of my Valet Mr Sever, he was really helpful and he solute our problem, this guy deserve our gratitude
