1. Photo used in Expedia to advertise the property was not from your property.
2. The breakfast offerings were limited compared to other Quality Inns (no jelly, no strong-roast coffee, no bagels, no peanut butter, no eggs one morning).
3. The king bed was very soft and uncomfortable.
4. The front door to the property had a broken handle and lock and remained ajar during our entire 5-night stay.
5. A Jeep was parked out front blocking the ability to conveniently load/unload baggage. It became very apparent that this vehicle belonged to a staff member.
6. It was obvious that our room (116) was recently renovated, but a major piece of furniture was missing, exposing electrical outlets.
7. The door adjacent to the lobby staff area was CONSTANTLY OPEN, exposing views of stacked linens and other supplies; this door and the pantry door should always be closed. It's also a security issue.
8. Every day when we returned to our room, our room keys did not work, meaning we had to go back to the front desk to get them reprogrammed.
The good news is the staff was great. They bent over backwards to accommodate our needs.
