Convenient location for exploring Mendocino and Fort Bragg at a reasonable price point. The free breakfast is a nice bonus. There is a Tesla charging station 2 blocks away if you need to charge your car. No ocean view and not super quaint like other options but also doesn’t have the cost associated with it.

The heat and ac didn’t work in our room. The beds were old and uncomfortable compared to other IHG properties we frequently stay at. One of the beds creaked loudly every time someone moved on it and woke everyone up. When I let the staff person know at the front desk about the temperature issues in the room needing to be addressed, she didn’t really acknowledge me or even note what room I was in so I doubt it will get fixed. Just overall had higher expectations for comfort at an IHG property.

I arrived around 1 hour before to see if I could check in earlier but I was told it has to be at 3 pm, no problem, I understood so I went back at 3pm and they didn't have my room available and I had to wait half an hour. Then in order to use the microwave I had to turn off the AC, I didn't know that so I found out because I had problems with the breakers every time I use the microwave.
