Don’t waste your money staying here. Had other people’s pubes in the shower, was so noisy. Graffiti scraped into door frames, pen marks all over the mirror, place should be knocked down. You’d be better off grabbing a two man tent from Kmart and camping.

The room was filthy. Do not think it had been cleaned. Toilet had poo in it and shower walls had black hair all over it. I am a redhead so did not come from me. Smell was unbelievable. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone

The bathroom was rather dangerous for older people.To get to the toilet was not easy and you risk hitting your head on the vanity unit as you try to sit. The corner of the shower base was not really good either. The door to the unit didn't shut properly (you really had to slam it which is not good particularly at night)

Bathroom floor has never been swept, paint peeling off bathroom roof, toilet seat broken and nearly unusable, asked them to fix/replace and did nothing but tighten a screw. Seat had a 8 inch crack in it and had a piece broken off the edge. Only redeeming factor was that it was close to town, would not recommend

Filthy sheets
Dirty sheets on bed I went and got the manager and said I want clean sheets on the bed NOW!or another room. She said you have been here 5/6 hrs it's not possible they were changed! I said they were not and we checked in and went into town then out for tea! I just pulled the covers back ready to get in. I was fuming. No apologies nothing. They changed the bed and left. Husband and wife.

Lake Forbes Motel serves a purpose. Stop and go... the property is old and does need maintenance, but it's fine for an overnight stay. It's been 3 years since we last stayed here and it's definitely worse for wear!
