The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency in Fontcouverte-la-Toussuire offers you this large, south facing flat with mountain views, within walking distance of the ski resort, swimming pool, sauna and hammam (additional charge), which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it features an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, pull-out sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette and fondue machine, Magimix food processor, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A covered, shared, heated swimming pool (5x10) open from December 14, 2024 to April 4, 2025 (closed on Saturdays for maintenance).
- A shared sauna and hammam in the residence, at an additional cost (€10 per session) open from December 14, 2024 to April 4, 2025.
- Pool table and lounge in the residence
- A 6 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Fontcouverte-la-Toussuire, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private basement parking lot (2 parking spaces available).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: TGV Saint Jean de Maurienne about 17 km away, 4 hours from Paris
- Nearest airport: Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport 98 km away.
- Shuttle bus from the station to the bottom of the building
