The beds and towels were clean and comfortable, and the room itself was spotless. There was plenty of hot water and the toiletries provided were very good. The pool area was nice, and having an EV charger on-site was a plus. On the downside, the room had no balcony or any real view (Signature Room), since the windows faced the interior hallway. You have to keep the curtains closed to maintain privacy. Our room wasn’t ready until after 5 p.m., but they kindly waived the parking fee as compensation, which I appreciated. The biggest disappointment was the “beach.” It’s essentially sand leading into water full of seaweed, making it impossible to enjoy.

The community hot tub jets do not work. Elevator close to our room didn’t work. Jets in our tub only 2 worked and 1 of them shot across the room. Other then that was a nice place

The facility itself it was very nice. The shuttle to downtown was really nice. As far as our room, it wasnt great. We had ants on the kitchen counter, when we opened the sliding glass door the latch fell out, when you turn the cold water tap on in the master bath the hot water tap leaked like crazy, and. when we first got there the battery to the door lock was just about dead and it took forever for us to get in (they did fix this that night). So, overall its not a bad place. If the room was as nice as the rest of the facility it would have been great. I just don't think the room was worth the price they charged.

This hotel/ resort was amazing. Very nice employees. The place is extremely nice - beautiful room, very comfortable mattress, enjoyable shower. I loved the large pool and the private beach setting.
