It was a great time. If you’re not a materialist Karen then it’s a great Florida keys vacation. Close to sombrero beach which was nice. Lots of activities and great food.

The room itself was clean except for mildew in the shower, but it was pretty rundown. We couldn’t see out the windows as they had broken seals. It was nicely equipped though and in a good location. It needed more outlets. I like quirky but this place needs a little TLC especially the bathroom. The mini split heating and cooling unit was noisy, and the other one didn’t work at all.

While it was an older property, we enjoyed the character and comfort. Definitely not a high-end resort, but offers a quaint, cozy feel with nice outdoor areas to enjoy. Would stay again!

First time in the keys
The room looked clean but our socks showed otherwise. No water pressure in the shower and it fluctuated between hot and cold, hot and cold pretty quickly. Staff seemed friendly and were very accommodating for a late check-in. Large spacious room but could hear every footstep and chair move upstairs. Great location, close to so much stuff to do.
