Perfect for First in Florianopolis
Hotel is new and in great condition. K-Platz market in same building provides number of different eating options. The hotel has a great breakfast.

1 The hotel is a nice 4 star hotel . Rooms ate good not amazing . Good ( i stayed in a large one 701 that even had a microwave perfect for a family visiting ) My biggest complaint is that they did not had any one for the bags ( no bell boy ) but then again is a 4 star hotel . Breakfast was very good . Will stay again because the location is perfect for me because is near my family house .

I absolutely loved this property and would come back anything. I want to give a shout out to receptionist Patricia who was such a great help. The only complaint I have was a nightly noise above my room. It sounded mechanical. If it was someone’s CPAP machine I apologize for complaining. Loved it

Quarto excelente, porém o serviço na recepção sempre deixa a desejar. Além da morosidade no check in (isso que já havíamos feito o pré check in online), entrei em contato com a recepção solicitando um balde com gelo e pratos ( já que o hotel não oferece serviço de quarto e o restaurante funciona apenas para o café da manhã) e fui informada que nenhum funcionário poderia levar os itens no quarto e que seria cobrado o valor de R$ 30 pelo gelo (já havíamos pedido em outra estadia e não foi cobrado valor algum). É uma pena, hotel muito confortável e agradável, porém atendimento decepcionante.

Já me hospedei várias vezes neste hotel, desde 2020. Inclusive passei natal e ano novo em 2023. O atendimento é maravilhoso, limpeza impecável. Café da manhã muito bom. A facilidade para sair da região é excelente bem como para acessar a ilha. O custo benefício compensa em relação a ficar dentro da ilha.
