Desde o momento do checkin até o checkout tudo perfeito! Hotel maravilhoso, bem localizado, pé na areia, próximo à bons restaurantes, lojas, cafeterias, supermercado, funcionários extremamente educados, atenciosos e gentis. Toda a equipe está de parabéns pelo atendimento de excelência! O café da manhã é excelente! Foi minha primeira vez em Florianópolis e certamente essa será minha opção de hospedagem quando voltar novamente!

La experiencia no fue nada buena y el check in menos…. Se adquirió una habitación para tres personas… nos dijeron q era para dos… lo cual no era así, no se nos dio la habitación seleccionada, y por si fuera poco se nos exigia el pago nuevamente del hotel presentando el recibo de hoteles.com, a lo que se me solicitó de forma obligatorio la muestra de mi estado de cuenta bancaria para ver el retiro de la tarjeta y el pago teniendo el recibo correspondiente, la verdad nos arruinaron las vacaciones más allá de los malos tratos… La cama nos dieron un catre de niño no entrando en la cama. La verdad no fue una buena experiencia en lo más mínimo sino una amargura para nuestras vacaciones

Passamos o período do reveillon no hotel, em família! O hotel é muito bom, pé na areia! Fornecem cadeiras e toalhas de praia! O quarto é bem amplo (pelas fotos imaginei que fosse menor e tive esta grata surpresa) e bem limpo! Super valeu adquirir a ceia de ano novo oferecida por eles! O restaurante funciona o dia todo, o que facilita muito para aproveitarmos a beira da praia e piscina!

Para quem deseja apenas estar bem localizado

Pelo valor cobrado esperava muito mais. Quarto pequeno, estacionamento caro e com serviço péssimo, na verdade, nem tem serviço, você além de pagar o hotel tambem paga para estacionar no próprio hotel sem qualquer suporte de manobrista. Café da manhã básico, nada de surpreendente. No mais, o hotel tem boa localização.

Excelente!!!

Excelente hotel, quartos novos e aconchegantes, piscina espetacular e com acesso fácil para praia, próximo a muitos bares, lojas e restaurantes. Café da manhã bem generoso e serviço de bar e restaurante ao lado da piscina muito bom. Mas o grande destaque da nossa estadia foi a Ana Bel e os meninos da recepção, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos, mas principalmente ela que nos ajudou muito pois tivemos problemas particulares e tbm com nosso veículo e fez total diferença na nossa estadia. Voltaremos com certeza!!!
