The hotel is clean and quiet, not good for walking anywhere, the city is about a 15 -20 minute cab ride away. We intentionally chose a place further away for relaxation, as this was a midpoint in our trip. The front desk staff were not the friendliest and got rude when we had an issue with them regarding something which i will describe below. The food was good and Ben was an amazing server. Now the issue, in Europe, we have travelled a decent amount and we are aware that you need to put the room card in the wall for electricity to work. They apparently use the system (a light is outside the door if the card is pushed in the slot) to determine their ability to walk into your room unannounced, no knocking, calling out, etc. The room had already been cleaned that morning, this was early afternoon, you can imagine my surprise when i had ran back to the room, in the middle of the day, therefore no lights were needed and had just come out of the bathroom and was grabbing my things (in my bathing suit and cover up) to have a 30 something year old man walk in unannounced and not even wearing a hotel shirt. He was shocked to see me and immediately closed the door. I walked out to the hallway, I asked him what he needed. He indicated that he worked for the hotel and offered no explanation, just left. I went to the front desk and explained the situation to them and they were rude and said it was there policy to trust the light. I think they should at least knock but thats me

Beautiful property in a quiet area of Florence. The hotel is more of a boutique property. It looks like it was recently renovated - the rooms are modern and clean. The pool is relaxing as well and it is nice that there is a snack hut next to the pool. Because it is a smaller hotel, there is only one restaurant but the food is good and the breakfast buffet has lots of variety. The family suites are great as it is actually two separate rooms right next to each other. Overall the hotel is excellent. Very quaint and clean. Things to note though is that there is no room service and there aren’t a ton of restaurant or grocery options nearby, which is a bit more of a challenge if you don’t have a car. There is a supermarket that is a 15 minute walk away and the area feels safe. Last note is that the tv options are not great if you don’t speak Italian. The tvs do not have Netflix or casting capability so just be aware of that.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Villa Neroli. The staff was superb. I enjoyed the food selection at the restaurant and was particulary happy with service I received there. When I'm in Firenze, I'll be certain to keep it in mind.

A peaceful escape from Florence
This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Bright, clean, comfy. The staff were all welcoming and friendly and spoke perfect English. The included breakfast buffet was amazing with fresh fruit, local honey, cheeses, pastries etc and a coffee machine to make a variety of espresso drinks. The restaurant is excellent at dinner too. It’s only about a 25 minute bus ride to Florence city center but feels like a peaceful escape. AC worked perfectly and the pool area is clean and relaxing. The Villa is easily reached on public transport. It’s also well situated to visit Fiesole. There are some good local restaurants and a gelatetia within walking distance. I don’t have a single negative thing to say! Loved staying here!

This property was a dream and charming just as its marketed. The staff in the entire property were wlecoming, kind, informative, helpful, and professional. The pool gave a beautiful Tuscan oasis vibe. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was very attentive. The breakfast was delicious every single day. The fresh honeycomb was my favorite along with the croissants. We would highly recommend!

Magical stay in Florence
What a magical stay in Florence…away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is at least a 20 minute drive into the center of the city. The hotel was comfortable and the pool was very welcoming. Staff were wonderful. Lunch was wonderful as well as the wide selection of food offered for breakfast buffet. Beds were comfortable and room was very spacious. Unfortunately we had no time to utilize the spa services.
