Very central location - within walking distance to train station and main sight-seeing attractions. Many excellent restaurants nearby as well. Breakfast is excellent and there is always water and small snacks available.

Our stay at Solo Experience Hotel was exceptional. Location is great and the rooms are very clean and modern. Customer Service was top notch, Nigel at the guest check-in is THE BEST! He assisted us in locating the hotel on the first day (we were lost) and accommodating us every day with what ever we needed. Rachel was very helpful also with breakfast. I will definitely recommend and return when I’m back in Florence.

Solo Experience Hotel in Florence exceeded our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located minutes from Santa Maria Novella station and in the heart of Florence historic district. The rooms were cozy, comfortable bed with all the amenities. We enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast with lot of options and excellent cappuccino machines. We were pleased with the hotel staff especially Nigel who was very helpful and gave amazing tips about Florence and arranged taxi in matter of minutes. I would highly recommend booking this hotel for your next family vacation in Florence.

BED BUGS!!!
BED BUGS!!! We found a bed bug in our bed. It was late so the only person available was the night "host" but his response was horrible, unprofessional, rude. He came to the room and when we showed him, he shrugged it off as if it was nothing. He said it happens all the time and it's normal. We were shocked and disagreed wholeheartedly. It may be normal in Italy but that is unacceptable by American standards. And if that was an acceptable standard by Solo's management then I'd highly suggest staying else where. We were just appalled by the response.

The hotel staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious with plenty of room for our family. The bathroom was modern with rainfall and water fall shower. Hotel was very clean and well kept.
