The location is great, walking from train station, few minutes you are at Duomo, Lorenzo and easy to take buses everywhere. The breakfast was incredible. Mostly, so quiet, the windows are really sound proof. My husband is a light sleeper and hard of walking, they have a small elevator too. I highly recommended for anyone.

We enjoyed our stay, with lovely breakfast. It was in a good location, nice and close to landmarks and dining options. Despite new blockout curtains, the floodlight on the alley outside our room did invade, and it was noisy at night. Despite this, we slept pretty well.

The front desk staff never greeted you when you came into the lobby. Especially if you weren’t checking in. This is a hotel that lack passion and vision. You’d never choose this for service or great rooms. Location or price possibly

The hotel was well maintained. The room was a good size with a large bathroom. It was HOT though. We had the air conditioner turned as far down as it would go and it still didn’t cool down. It was much cooler outside than in the building. The breakfast was good. The staff in all areas were really friendly and helpful. It was a great location near the main square. We would definitely stay here again but maybe with a fan!

The room appeared to be newly renovated. It was nice especially the bathroom. The central air conditioning system was the issue during my stay. It was not running most times of the day and it made the room very hot and stuffy. I addressed this with front desk and all they said was they will restart the AC in my room to no avail.

Nicely property, clean but very small bedroom. Although front desk information confirmed that a wake up called did take place at 3am, no alarm sounded in the bedroom. When you politely said that if the alarm didn't sound in the room, it isn't a problem, then front desktop repeated that according to their information, it's worked. This sounds trivial but travellers rely on hotels alarm calls for ensures flights are caught.

The hotel is in a great area. Center and close to main attractions, restaurants, shops, etc... And yet tucked in a quiet road we didn’t hear anything. It’s like a minute walk to the duomo and enjoyed the area very much. Someone played music every day we were on the area.

DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
The location of the hotel is perfect and it's a lovely lobby. However, when we got into the room, it was excessively hot. We thought it just needed time for the AC to kick in. After an hour with no change, we called the desk and they assured us it was fine and they could control it from their end. I stressed to them that I suffer from SEVERE asthma and the heat was going to trigger that and make me sick. They said they understood and the AC would be on "shortly." A few hours later and nothing changed. When I went to talk to the front desk again, by this time it was the night staff who said oh the AC is broken in our room and they did not have another room to move us to, but they gave us a fan. I was so sick from the heat and my asthma. We were only staying one night. When i went to check out the next day, i was SHOCKED that they did not even offer to give a reduction or anything. When i asked them about it, they seemed suprised and said they needed to speak to the manager. 30 minutes later they did come back with 30%. While it was appreciated, the whole ordeal was really dangerous to my health and disappointing about their seemingly lack of care.
