Excellent but need to sort pigeon issue.
Excellent hostel. Regular cleaning, good facilities and helpful staff. Need to stop pigeons getting into breakfast area. Not good... sign to keep doors closed but customers dont so need to have auto closing door. Which eould dolve problem.

Great location and helpful staff. All amenities like shower gel and soap were also provided. My only complaint was that there weren't enough hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes while taking your shower, but nothing you can work around.

Hands down one of the best hostels that exists out there. Newer facilities with sturdy beds, clean rooms, lockers and bathrooms/showers in each dorm. Each suite has balcony access that looks onto a courtyard featuring a patio, bar and mini pool. It is on par with a compact resort.

Perfect stay. My only request would be to make it easier to get change for use of the laundry rooms and even the vending machines. The front desk, the bar downstairs, and even the pub across the street are aware of this issue and refuse to give us change.

Great property which exceeded my expectations for hostel. Near city central and great room! The room was very large and spacious with very good quality wifi which was very much appreciated and rare for Italy. I wish there was a safe in the room but recognize that’s a bonus for a hostel. Shower is a little interesting as the bathroom is all the shower room so everything got wet in there. Loved the bar and pool in the hostel.

Necesitas mejorar tu trato hacia las personas.
Tienes buenas instalaciones, pero poner un baño para 8 personas no es suficiente. Otra situación es que no tengas agua disponible en verano. El momento final fue cuando me cobraron por guardar mi maleta 30 minutos para tomar un café y todavía se fueron refunfuñando por hacerme este favor.
