Beautiful B&B, has this old charm with high ceilings and old elevator which was working great, charming room decor. Got all what we needed. Nice host, great stay.

Extremely difficult to find & get to, there’s major construction in the area so taxis have to make tons of detours & therefore makes them cost a lot more.Building is old & decrepit, they didn’t clean the room, there was a tiny bit of toilet paper provided, we bought our own, terrible experience

The rooms were nice and spacious. The cleanliness was pretty good. The service was friendly and helpful when our safe wouldn't work and they replied to our messages quickly. They have a cute little terrace in the lobby which was nice to sit out in the evenings. The bugs are bad so couldn't leave the windows open. The lobby had a very very strong scent pushed through it which was overbearing and gross. The location was our only issue as it was very far from the main city so we had to spend money renting scooters. It was also a very far walk from the train station with suitcases. Was also far from tour starting points. Not many food options around the hotel either.

The property is centrally located with a nice cafe downstairs for morning coffee and pastries. The rooms were fine but the bathrooms were lacking with respect to the showers being very small and there being nowhere to place toiletries etc. The proprietors were very available via WhatsApp and were very helpful. The wifi wasn’t reliable at the time of our stay.

The hotel was a bit of the beaten bath, but the area was very quiet and not too busy. The help desk was very courteous and answered all of our concerns. They even helped out with calling a taxi when we overslept on the day of our flight. They came in clutch! Would definitely recommend

Location is perfect for accessing the sights of Florence. Beds very comfortable and room/facility very quiet. Had trouble communicating w reception as desk was only manned 2 hrs/day (8-10). Room wasn’t cleaned between days spent there as was told we left from too late in the morning? Had to get own TP and no new towels available. Overall was nice place to sleep but staff support was lacking.

Very convenient room in a reasonably central area which was good and clean. Lacking a bit in the luxuries and you’re left to fend for yourself a bit but I’d happily stay there again for a few days. Staff score was low as the only time I saw someone was at check out, the place is pretty much unmanned during my stay.

Room recently renovated so was very clean, location is in the centre and very convenient to go around florence. Lady in the front desk was very kind and helpful. Would recommend it for sure.
