This property was located in an ideal place everything you could imagine within very short walking distance. The staff here was amazing. We stayed in the annex building next-door, very quiet convenient felt like we had our own place. Highly recommend.

Close to everything yet secluded
Hotel is conveniently located yet out of the way enough to be quiet in evenings and at night. Might be a bit of a challenge if you have difficulty with stairs or uneven surfaces. Otherwise, we’d highly recommend.

We had no complaints with the staff. The hotel is in a great location, easy walking to major attractions. The biggest problem is the loud noise and partying that goes on in the square until over 2 in the am. Rooms are on the small side so need the windows open. The hotel realizes the problem but is unable to get the city to do anything about it. We were compensated a small amount because of this problem. We would not have stayed here if we had known, so beware! “No sleep for 3 nights.”

Stay away from Hotel Loggiato Dei Serviti
Checked in and then literally rushed out an hour later. Room was dirty, staff rude, area seedy and unsafe, and room was NOTHING like depicted! When I explained why I was leaving and requested 2 of the 3 nights be refunded they flatly refused. It was so bad I walked away from $800.00!!! That should tell you how bad and misrepresented it is! and there was more!

We were initially drawn to this property by the location and also the photographs online. Everything was just as we expected. The staff is considerate and personable. Our room with antiques also included a super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom is up to date with great water pressure and lots of hot water. Everything is very intimate. Breakfast was good and service quick. The front desk was available to make taxi reservations for us. We would definitely come back to stay here.

I had a single room overlooking the inner courtyard. View of duomo to left, rooftops of Florence all around. Wonderful breakfast excellent coffee, close to many centers of interest, but quiet because of location
