Definitely a great stay
From check in to check out, the front desk were attentive and helpful. They helped me with parking (on site), they called about my lost luggage and were just super. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions. We walked to the Uffizi and all around.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in.
This is in the top three hotels I have stayed in over the last 35 years of travelling. The staff were fantastic from reception, restaurant, bar and the cleaners. The reception staff made sure that any need was attended to and could support you with your requests. The buffet breakfast was of the highest quality and the quality of the food was very good. In the evening we used the restaurant on 5 evenings and the quality and value for money was great. The cleaning staff were very good and made sure that the room was tidy and clean - hovered every day, fridge restocked with non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. The pool area was clean with some sunbeds and seating are by the bar. Great value for compared to other hotels in Florence. Looking forward to returning to the hotel in the next couple of years.

Great hotel, great breakfast, great staff, great room with balcony. Only issue is maybe they need more sun beds? 6 is too little on hot Florence days. Also, the bar in the hotel is fabulous with a fabulous barman, but I’d potentially up the game of the pool bar. Making it a bit more swish, stylish etc could only make the hotel better. Potentially also a towel supply by the pool? It’s a great hotel though, really fab with industrial air con, lovely staff and fab food. I’d just potentially look at the outside. Pools are rare in this city. Could the sun terrace one story up have stairs descending to the pool? Maybe this could be an adult zone with more outdoor lounging. Thankyiu for a fab stay though

nice hotel, one ;lady on reception who checked us in was extremely helpful, unfortunately the rest of reception staff not so much. We had to ask 3 times for our minibar to be re-stocked as they kept saying they would do it but didn't. Hotel air con was a bit too high, it was either freezing in the bar area or if you sat outside it was too hot. Maybe turn it down a little. Note that there are onoly 6 sunbeds total and pool area doesn't open until 11am, rather disappointing as half the day is gone by then.
