The hotel has a fully stocked premium bar, variety of food options in walking distance, and very clean. If you’re into Jazz or Cigar lounges it’s a few steps away from the hotel. Definitely a prime location, I will stay again!

The hotel is in a great location! The staff provided terrible customer service. No one was at the front desk and when someone did show up, the service was piss poor. They ran out of food at the bar and we found out that they do not clean the rooms unless you request for them to.

Property was in downtown area but still easily accessible from either I20 or I95. The downtown area was nicely streetscaped and walking to local BBQ felt entirely safe. The room was up to date and cleanest we have encountered on this trip, and an amazingly comfortable set-up. The staff was friendly from arrival (Kerri-Anne) to departure (Matt). We would stay there without hesitation in the future.

The experience was AWESOME.. I came as a group “girls trip” for the weekend and we enjoyed every moment of the stay. We and other guest had karaoke in the lounge Friday and Saturday nights until 2 am in the bar area and the staff was awesome. Just the connection with other guests and the staff allowing it was just amazing. I will forever stay at this hotel when in Florence!

Conveniently located in the heart of Florence. Lots of eateries and shops within walking distance. Only downside is the hotel parking is across the street.

We stay here every year for the pecan festival and are very please with the location and the quality of the hotel. The free parking and free breakfast is also a bonus. Room is very nice and clean and have everything you need.
