The hotel is well situated, but the room quality was poor and the aircon was very weak. Breakfast options were ok, but quality did not meet expectations.

what we liked the most was the where it was placed the area around was really nice and close to a lot of places also the staff at the front desk is really nice the room was dirty the air conditioning was not working the mini fridge did not work either the breakfast was okey the sink was always clogged.

Mostly ok the air conditioning was a little lacking. The drains in the showers were not good. We were a family with 3 different rooms and all had the same issues. The location was awesome and the staff were friendly. If the improved on these little things it could have been fantastic!

Our family of four, including 2 teenage boys stayed in the quadruple room which included one bathroom and two separate bedroom areas separated by a small foyer with a large closet. The bathroom was clean and spacious with plenty of towels and a large shower and floor to ceiling mirrors, decent sized closet with drawers and beds were good. The hotel was located within walking distance of the train station, right next to the mercato centrale with all the outdoor vendors, about a 15 minute walk to the main tourist areas. Breakfast was included and many great options. The staff was friendly. The biggest challenge was the AC. It would not get any cooler than 23C despite the front desk telling us that it was set for 20C. This made sleeping uncomfortable when we visited in early July. The hotel was also on a very busy narrow street so we really needed to know what direction we were heading before we exited the front door to prevent being surrounded by pedestrian tourists and traffic. Overall decent place given the fact we were only stayed for two nights.

Excellent property within walkable distance of the Duomo, Uffizi, and other attractions. A lot of restaurants nearby. The room was clean. The area felt safe. I also noticed that EF Tours uses this facility, which is a validation that this is a good place to stay

Location, location, service.
Great location, lots of food nearby. Near central market, train and bus stations. Bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is right next to Mercato Centrale (local produce market) and San Lorenzo Market. All major sites are with 15-20 minutes walk. The buffet breakfast is very good. The only drawback is that the facility needs a new update to match the price they are charging.

No AC
The Air conditioning stopped working on our second day of our 3 day stay. First day called front desk - they said it would be taken care off. Room was sweltering! The second night asked by phone and stopped by the front desk to report the ac not working. Reassured they will have it fixed by the time got back from dinner. When we got back around 11:30 still ac, asked if they can atleast provide a fan, they said no and that the ac is working! Room thermostat would not go below 25 Only 1 elevator working, which likes to jerk really hard when it comes to a stop!

The ac didn’t work well, hot … The shower has what appeared to have black mold on the ceiling. They insist on keeping your passports. Don’t do any reviews until you leave or they will keep interrogating every time you pass the front.
